How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for corporate events.
How much space does the booth need?
Our booth needs an 8x8 ft space with access to a power outlet.
Do you offer a post-event photo gallery?
Yes. Every package includes a private online gallery with every photo taken at your event. Your team can view, download, and share every image, with no watermarks and no expiry date.
How long do setup and teardown take?
We arrive 60–90 minutes before your event starts so everything is ready before the first guest arrives. Teardown takes about 30–45 minutes after the event ends.
Is the photo booth suitable for outdoor corporate events?
Yes, for covered patios, tents, and sheltered outdoor spaces. We need protection from direct sunlight and rain, because our equipment is not weatherproof.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes, Memorii Events carries full liability insurance. Insurance certificates can be provided on request for venues that need vendor documentation.
